Position Summary:

The Administrator is responsible to the President/CEO and is responsible for providing leadership, staff development, budgeting, and management of key services in accordance with regulatory requirements and CHAP standards. Complies with policies and procedures and current federal, state, and local standards, guidelines, and regulations that govern Home Health agencies to assure each patient receives the necessary nursing and medical services to attain and maintain the highest possible functional status, within fiscally responsible standards.

Attorney for Regulatory Requirements


Position Summary:

In-house counsel for a Home Health/Hospice. Candidate must have a minimum of five (5) years experience in healthcare law, preferably with law firm experience and knowledge in home health and hospice regulatory compliance program obligations. General responsibilities include analyzing potential compliance issues and providing regulatory guidance to all agencies. This position practices independently and has direct interaction with the CEO. Regulatory experience in Medicare Reimbursement, Stark Antikickback, HIPAA, Concitions of participations and CHAP requirements.

The Chief of Clinical Services will serve as leadership and be responsible for assessing a homecare facility’s nursing practice and its impact on patient outcomes.
